Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with the same attention you give your garden beds:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Gardener’s Tip: For time-sensitive planting needs, we recommend selecting standard shipping to ensure your supplies arrive during optimal planting windows.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope every purchase helps your garden grow, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is rooted in fairness and practicality.

Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact (tools and planters should be securely repackaged)
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Composters (potential biological contamination)
  • Cut-Flower Supplies (perishable nature)
  • Footwear & Clothing (hygiene reasons unless unworn with tags attached)
  • Houseplant Supplies (opened soil or fertilizer products)

Sustainable Gardening Note: Before returning, consider repurposing items in your garden! Many products can become plant markers, decorative elements, or crafting materials.

Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our garden-loving team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging with adequate padding for tools/planters

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing:
    • 3-5 business days for credit/debit cards
    • 24 hours for PayPal
    • Gift card payments receive store credit
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method
  • Amount: Item price minus original shipping costs (unless our error)

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We ship replacements after receiving your return
  • Price differences will be refunded or invoiced
  • To expedite, you may place a new order while returning the original

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged/incorrect items:

  • Include photos of the damage/error and your order number
  • We’ll arrange replacement/refund at no additional cost
