How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This will allow you to track orders, save your preferences, and enjoy faster checkout in the future.

Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping (1-2 day processing)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping (1-2 day processing)
Note: Processing time is 1-2 business days for all orders.
How can I track my order?
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships, which you can use to monitor your garden essentials’ journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we only offer the shipping methods listed above. We’ve optimized our standard shipping to be as efficient as possible for time-sensitive gardening projects.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations:
- Contact our customer care team to initiate the return
- Return the item in its original condition
- We’ll issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs in these cases.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
